Problem
• Nyx sells clothing from other known retail designer brands, that has a large user base. However, most e-commerce clothing apps have cluttered interfaces that are difficult to navigate and the design does not align with the internet usage of the gen-z audience.
-
Solution
• Working on this project as a UX/UI designer, I designed the app to make it fit the expectation of the gen-z audience through three rounds of wireframing, prototyping and user-testing. I deliverd a fullset of UX/UI designs together with an expandable design system. My design led to a 15% improvement in user satisfaction rate.

Reflection
During the project for NYX, I delved deep into the intricacies of the user experience. This has helped hone my skills in Figma. I also realized the paramount importance of attention to detail.
Elements such as spacing, alignment, contrast, and icon sizes, may appear insignificant at first glance, yet they wield immense influence over the users' perceptions of the app.
